1. did the band all american rejects take their name from the bikini kill song? i dont they did, if so then that's dumb, but how many times can someone think of the phrase "reject all american" (or switched around). those thiefs.

2. hot topic, the store, isn't named after the song by le tigre is it?

everything is overlapping and i'm confused!

also, i havent heard the bikini kill song but i would say that "reject all american" carries a different meaning than "all-american rejects".
reject changes from a verb to a noun, and american changes from a noun to an adjective does it not? or at least from a subject to a subject qualifier.

I have a feeling the store's name might've had something to do w/the songtitle, it thinks it's pretty cool doesn't it? No evidence, of course. The phrase has been around for ages, though it doesn't get used that much.
