Dogs aren't meant to drink milk, for fucks sake.
PS I'm still angry.

What are you, scared? Scared of the truth??

Elisabeth (Elisabeth), Saturday, 3 January 2004 06:24 (twenty-one years ago)

Are you taking about Willa O'Neil?

Minty (Minty), Saturday, 3 January 2004 06:47 (twenty-one years ago)

She was Fernleaf

Elisabeth (Elisabeth), Saturday, 3 January 2004 09:03 (twenty-one years ago)

Are you sure? That series of ads with the family that broke up - I'm sure that was Anchor milk! The dad got milk poured on his head. And then he hooked up with that French model girl who told Willa "You have beautiful bodeee". And she had that boyfriend who rode a motorbike. I dunno why I remember all this. Damn you, marketing!

Minty (Minty), Sunday, 4 January 2004 02:41 (twenty-one years ago)

No way it was Fernleaf!

Elisabeth (Elisabeth), Sunday, 4 January 2004 07:31 (twenty-one years ago)

Fernleaf don't even make milk, do they?

Minty (Minty), Sunday, 4 January 2004 07:34 (twenty-one years ago)

It defniitely was Fernleaf, unless there was some Anchor affiliation there. I didn't like those ads - they were no match for Schnitzer Claus-Hausen.

Schwingung (Damian), Sunday, 4 January 2004 09:24 (twenty-one years ago)

How did his song go?

Elisabeth (Elisabeth), Sunday, 4 January 2004 09:30 (twenty-one years ago)

Anchor! Anchor Anchor Anchor! &I've got no idea who this Schnitzer person is

Minty (Minty), Sunday, 4 January 2004 09:38 (twenty-one years ago)

Oh Anton you know...

"My music, it comes from here. A lotta people you know, zey hate my music, but I don't care, zey can... sod off, ja? I do what I wanna do."

The song sounded a lot like Rammstein.

Schwingung (Damian), Sunday, 4 January 2004 09:44 (twenty-one years ago)

Oh HIM! Yeah that was great. Pity the chips were so lousy.

Minty (Minty), Sunday, 4 January 2004 10:49 (twenty-one years ago)

No way man those chips are GREAT, especially the salt n vinegar ones.

Elisabeth (Elisabeth), Sunday, 4 January 2004 11:29 (twenty-one years ago)

Weren't they quite a lot like Freeky Fries? I like those.

Andrew Thames (Andrew Thames), Sunday, 4 January 2004 11:42 (twenty-one years ago)

Yeah kinda! I like those chips which you can eat handfuls of at a time.

Elisabeth (Elisabeth), Sunday, 4 January 2004 12:40 (twenty-one years ago)

Y'know I haven't actually noticed Freeky Fries around much recently either.

Andrew Thames (Andrew Thames), Sunday, 4 January 2004 12:42 (twenty-one years ago)

Freeky Fries? I dunno, they don't sound too appetising. What's so freeky about them?

Minty (Minty), Monday, 5 January 2004 00:51 (twenty-one years ago)

Oh my god, you've got me saying "freeky".

Minty (Minty), Monday, 5 January 2004 00:51 (twenty-one years ago)

I can't understand any of this thread!

Livvie (Livvie), Monday, 5 January 2004 01:16 (twenty-one years ago)

Anata no namae wa RIBI desu.

Schwingung (Damian), Monday, 5 January 2004 07:41 (twenty-one years ago)

That lame pun on your comment about not understanding this thread is just "your name is Livvie" in Japanese.

Schwingung (Damian), Monday, 5 January 2004 07:42 (twenty-one years ago)

Ribi is Livvie in Japanese?

Elisabeth (Elisabeth), Monday, 5 January 2004 08:36 (twenty-one years ago)

In theory, yeah, because they don't have the letter L or the letter V. Which would make, say, Sleater-Kinney SURIITA-KINII. Or something like that.

Schwingung (Damian), Monday, 5 January 2004 08:53 (twenty-one years ago)

Ok I'm gonna be pedantic and say "Livvie" should be "Ribii", cos of the long "i".

Minty (Minty), Monday, 5 January 2004 14:16 (twenty-one years ago)

Yeah, actually you're probably right.

Schwingung (Damian), Monday, 5 January 2004 23:10 (twenty-one years ago)

The MEGABULL is a poor rolemodel

Silly Sailor (Andrew Thames), Friday, 9 January 2004 15:20 (twenty-one years ago)

Btw they're FREEKISHLY tasty

Silly Sailor (Andrew Thames), Friday, 9 January 2004 15:44 (twenty-one years ago)

When we were talking about my name I understood, now it's back to being incomprehensible again. What on earth is a Megabull?

Livvie (Livvie), Saturday, 10 January 2004 06:04 (twenty-one years ago)

On the Anchor ads, the same series of ads that has the milk-loving dog with his cap on backwards... nerdy boy drinks mega milk, turns into giant buff manly bull, possibly wins a rugby game or something. Has anyone here tried mega milk and experienced anything similar? i thought winners didn't do steroid milk.

ichigo pan desu (i am strawberry bread), Sunday, 11 January 2004 02:32 (twenty-one years ago)

I had mega milk, it was pretty nice. For milk.

Elisabeth (Elisabeth), Sunday, 11 January 2004 08:24 (twenty-one years ago)

Does that mean it didn't turn you into a bull, mega or otherwise? Have you won any rugby games? That'd be cool!

ichigo pan desu (i am strawberry bread), Monday, 12 January 2004 10:10 (twenty-one years ago)

I think the ad exaggerates and I'd need to drink it non stop for weeks on end before I turned into any sort of "Megabull". I've scored a couple of tries before though.
