I'm pretty synth-dumb and a few years late, but can anybody help me out: What is that crazy synth that's getting abused on Dracula's Wedding by Outkast?

prolly impossible to know for sure. but i can tell you whats going on:

it's a sawtooth wave probably thats in monophonic mode with just the right amount of portamento

I would hazard a guess that it's the Moog Voyager.
