Where is that site that shows cartoon versions of various guitarsists' pedal setups?

I've tried searching but there are too many threads about pedals to go through them all. Please, someone have the link?

Man, I want a DD-5 (or was it 6?) but I've already got a Memory Man and the next pedals on my list is one of those sick, insane harmonic generator things that Dirty Dronerock Benjamin has been raving about.

HOGs and POGs and lo-pass filter Moogerfoogers and Lovetone Meatballs. That's what he was on about.

all of those pedals are over $300. where is my $49 lowpass filter/envelope/octave crazy pedal? i'll go $69 if there enough knobs.

dan (dan), Friday, 8 September 2006 18:53 (nineteen years ago)

I've got a Lovetone Meatball! It's my favorite pedal... but yeah, expensive. You can get all kinds of OK Computer tones very easily.

Vlad = awesome

As far as $69 craziness the only thing I could suggest would be this which is sort of like a "meta-pedal", but I haven't tried it so I don't know if it sucks or not. Also you'd probably want a compressor after it in the chain.

Aw, tell me more about the Meatball before I invest? I mean, yes, Benjamin TSM's reccomendation is clearly weighting this heavily, but I'm not going to blow that much money on an email reccomendation alone.

I use it with synths, but I don't have any experience with it on guitar... sounds great with other pedals like Lovetone's distortion box. Depending on the settings it can create large amounts of bass even from a mid-range note so I'd recommend using an EQ pedal with it. I prefer it on the more subtle settings, where it sounds very spacy, sort of drifting over your tones...
