sony mdm x4 minidisc 4 track...HELP

I'm all "EDIT" -> "SONG DELETE" -> "OK?" -> "SONG DELETED"...

...and now that Song (where I had intended to record something that wasn't retarded) only has TWO TRACKS available rather than four. How do I get those other tracks back? Or is my 4 track fucked? Please help me, internet nerds.
