apparently it's a japanese instrument called a seekers sms2000. An analog synth, probably a mono, with 4 VCOs. Some other pics of it turned up on AH a couple of weeks ago, and there was some "debate" as to its authenticity. Something about the photos linked don't quite ring true to me for some reason, though I'm no expert. Of course, if the pics are phony, it doesn't mean the synth doesn't exist. No, I'm not jealous either! I get to play with this whenever I want to!

It turned out to be a fake in the end. K3nn3th 3ldh4rt 'fessed up on the AH board with his usual "haha I am far cleverer than you" steez that's not even a little bit annoying, oh no:
