Tube question

After we had our practice space fire, I just assumed that my Kustom combo tube amp was dead. Finally I took it in and got it repaired, and it works again and sounds good. However, since the repair, it takes a looooong time to fully warm up, like maybe 10 minutes? No sound comes out at all for about 5 minutes after I turn it on, then it takes another 5 minutes to get up to full sound capacity. This was a new amp before the fire, so it was warming up in like less than a minute. The repair place I took it to is very reputable, but could they have made a mistake in repairing it?

Sad truth of this is that the problem is most likely in your main AC power supply. (Not getting enough filament voltage to the tubes). This is something you probably want to check and get fixed, because it could lead to more significant trouble over time.

To give credit to the repair shop, it's quite likely that the damge could have happened in the fire.

Sorry about the slow response, but, well, I'm slow.

AC power supply/transformer, for clarification.
