Best budget controller for use with Ableton?

Someone said the UC-33 (?) controller by evolution was good, but things might have changed since he bought it. Can someone recommend me a half decent one for not too much money?

the korg kontrolpad looks dope but i have only seen videos of demonstrations...how budget we talking?

I have tried a novation keyboard and an m-audio percussion pad that basically served no purpose whatsoever for me

are you really desperately in need of a keyboard controller or a pad box? because really honestly while I might see the point to having a knob matrix/mixer gadget, the rest is all nonsense

i like the idea of triggering samples and doing knob twiddly stuff with my computer just cos doing everything mousey style can be tedious, plus it doesn't lend itself towards doing much in a live setting which i am maybe perhaps possibly considering pursuing. big ol keyboards dont do much 4 me tho imo.

the m-audio one of these kinda looks like garbage, there is an akai one that i am leaning towards now cos of its mad sliders and knobs action
