shipping supplies (boxes) for big gear? where to find etc.

i'm tryin to come up with scratch for an amp and among the stuff i'm offloading is a bass and like *shrug* at where i find a box big/sturdy enough.

i know this guy who owns a local guitar store that has such things

k that's pretty slap-own-forehead obvious. i'll convince the gf to drive me and figure out when that's doable, then.

hey we're thinkin monday after i'm off work; will you have stuff around then or will i need to wait for you get inventory stuff in said boxes?? (wanna time auctions out so i'm getting $$$ some time shortly after next payday so if not i'll just craigslist the bass for local pickup or something.)

hey just wanted to say thanks again, the smaller one looks like it'll work. and btw i'm in orbit today; it was 33 & 1/2"! it's not a short scale at all.

i was looking closer and the whole damn thing's made of plywood. neck and all. so heavy.
