six months pass...
This strikes me as the ideal thread on which to rear my head once more.

In this neglected, out-of-the-way place I can construct an aqueduct, a breadfruit chunks bottling plant, a base camp for 2,000 hand-picked marines, and THE BIGGEST HARMONIUM IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD – and no one will notice a thing until it’s too late.

Weft, eh? Well, well, well. Jolly good. Carry on, everyone.

I never cared much for the weft. I preferred the eaft, the land of the rifing fun.

I prefer writhing fun, personally.

My work here is done. [dusts hands together]

You'd like to think that, wouldn't you? Bloody dilettantes.

Rex, a pleasure. I can't help but notice that some of your marines are getting a trifle out of hand, however. One or two are planning a raid on the Aja / Dante board, of which surely no good can come, as it has now been peacefully colonised. When oh when will the strife end, we ask ourselves?

truly, that would be a perfect world

Fear not, we intend no harm to the Aja-Dante board. We are merely constructing a forward base there as part of our grand strategy to REBUILD THE I HATE ASK A DRUNK BOARD, the existence of which I always considered my principal achievement on the Web. And to have it deleted by some ilX0r munchkin without so much as a by-your-leave… No wonder I spend so much time in the Dame Hermione Doolally Extremely Private Hospital for the Really Quite Upset, Sutton Coldfield.
