Ain't what it used to be, etc...

M. White (Miguelito), Thursday, 26 January 2006 21:06 (nineteen years ago)

Silver threads among the gold.

Aimless (Aimless), Friday, 27 January 2006 00:01 (nineteen years ago)

moments in time that will be regretfully forgotten

Gov. Jerry Brown (Uber Alles), Friday, 27 January 2006 00:51 (nineteen years ago)

Nostalgia Memoriorum is a medical condition easily treated by applying copious ammounts of alcohol at regular intervals.

Geoffrey Judge ( Ivor Feltersnatch), Friday, 27 January 2006 08:00 (nineteen years ago)

I quite like old threads suddenly finding new life. I like to look back at how amusing I used to be, in the old days.

C J (C J), Friday, 27 January 2006 11:43 (nineteen years ago)

Now, now, CJ. With a couple of pints in you, you're still as amusing as ever. With a couple of pints in me, you're more amusing than ever.

M. White (Miguelito), Friday, 27 January 2006 15:30 (nineteen years ago)

Just imagine how amusing you could be with a couple of pints in everyone.

((Censored)) ((Censored)), Friday, 27 January 2006 19:16 (nineteen years ago)

Is it my round again?

C J (C J), Friday, 27 January 2006 19:58 (nineteen years ago)

If you need to ask the answer is always 'yes', even when it isn't

Aimless (Aimless), Friday, 27 January 2006 22:31 (nineteen years ago)

ah, to be right when you are wrong... and you know your wrong and others insist you are right... either way you will be right half the time.. giving and taking a little

Gov. Jerry Brown (Uber Alles), Monday, 6 February 2006 07:08 (nineteen years ago)

Knowing your wrong is a vital skill to acquire if you are to distinguish it from your right. Were this skill to remain unacquired (and please now, class, the manual is only a tenner, and you were informed of the required reading before the start of this semester) then a variety of mishaps would ensue with the inevitability of a particularly boring tide. So sort it out.

Matt (Matt), Monday, 6 February 2006 15:49 (nineteen years ago)

And all this folderol about backing our leader, King Canute, with regard to the tides is intolerable. The man was a Danish, for the love of pete(r). Not to mention the fact that we haven't seen hide nor hair of him after he married his predecessor's wife and she started to nag him about how it USED to be done.

M. White (Miguelito), Monday, 6 February 2006 19:53 (nineteen years ago)

one month passes...
I cannot be right... or wrong.. because usually I am just stating words... like ... Library

Gov. Jerry Brown (Uber Alles), Sunday, 12 March 2006 08:42 (nineteen years ago)

I think you’ll find ‘Library’ is more controversial than you think. I mean, for starters, is it, or is it not, full of books?
