TS - I spilled the gin, but it missed my laptop

7 days with no spilled gin! I ran out last night, though.

You should post a sign, as they do in many workplaces, where the number (signified here by X, a letter often used as a placeholder for an unknown number, in case you were unaware) may be updated on a daily basis, to wit: X Days With No Spilled Gin.

Staring at this sign should provide hours of entertainment, and a certain anticipatory frisson as the moment for advancing the number approaches. Just be sure to choose an authoritative font.

Not sure if I'm ok with that idea. It seems to be letting the vodka, tequila, etc. spills off the hook for their misbehaviour.

I propose a rolling spilled adult beverage thread.

The term adult beverages should be strapped into the front seat of a passenger vehicle that has been rigged to explode into a ball of orange flames by a Hollywood special effects crew and launched over a steep cliff overlooking the ocean with the cameras rolling.

If you're going to be spilling gin, I'd be greatly obliged if you could arrange to spill it in my mouth. Also, please see to it that you spill ice, tonic water and a suitable slice of some kind of citrus fruit. Thanks.

I have gin again. VIENNA gin, cause I like the monopolowa vodka and thought I'd give their take on the other white drink a try.

It's going to have to wait a bit, though - I want the novocaine to wear off so I can really taste the stuff. Sure smells good, I can say that.

i like this thread because it reminds me that i'm always otmfm right about putting my glass of water down on the floor, not on the desk next to the computer

I think for the the man in the photo, the location of the glass is one his lesser concerns at this point.

So how many times a week do you spill gin on your laptop. Everytime I click 'Ask a Drunk' this thread always on top. It's like your computer is a gin magnet.

Just the once, and it was only a near miss. Ever since, this is my personal ginblog (with guests.)

About time for more spillage. The dog is sobering up.

I spilled all the gin down my gullet. I am not at all convinced, even though I am responsibly here at work this morning, that I am not a wee bit tipsy still.

Luckily, we have beer at work. That'll sort me out.
