I can't imagine how awful it must be to find yourself involuntarily turned on by something almost everyone finds disgusting but isn't, strictly speaking, morally wrong. That level of shame isn't good for anyone, imo.

I mean, obviously, if it's non-consentual stuff, the onus is that person to keep it in check forever, and acting on it is despicable. But things like infantalism? Feel for them, even though eeeewwwww.

I also wonder how often fetishes like that aren't actually sexual in nature, but sex is the only space wherein *some people* might accept it, like dudes who go to dominatrixes more to work out control issues than to get their rocks off. Probably not really a binary thing.
