If my partner was an ACTOR and they actually got, like, a JOB acting and doing what they loved, why on earth would either of them bother me at all? There's a reason it's called acting. Coz it's not real.

I would probably prefer for a theoretical partner to get naked in a play, coz, like, if they were my partner, it would follow that I found them HOTT so them getting naked onstage would be double plus bonus. But, like, seriously - either would be fine.

Unless of course my theoretical partner was kissing a male actor in which case super double plus bonus, best thing in the world ever.

Yeah, this is the sort of thing you have to get over Before you start dating an actor.

When I met my SO back in, I had some aspirations to be acting, and one of the parts involved me in such an embrace. I did feel uncomfortable, not because she was in the audience, but I didn't have any attraction at all, and figured if I couldn't fake it, I was in the wrong biz.

I did have to strip once, it was a comedy "Who'se line is it anyway" type thing, and it was nobody's idea but mine, the scenario called for it and it did get the biggest laff, including from D.

Caveat: Dating an actor can involve lots of headfuckness, and none of it about on-stage stuff. But I'm sure you know that.
