This is exactly the reason why I haven't been fully convinced by this argument, as you have take into account individual differences in taste. I guess one objective way of measuring this would be a long-term intake of semen during which the semen donor goes from carnivore to vegetarian to vegan. But I don't think the people who've told me about this have actually done that.

This bbc test looks relevant & suggests that diet has an effect on semen taste (as does this sperm sweetener); so that would imply a broad 'yes', but then you'd be wondering whether a highly spiced vegan diet might be more similar to a highly spiced carnivorous diet than to a bland vegan diet, etc, so it's nothing like definitive.
