Vakipano vs. Panokaveri

In Finland we have two terms: "vakipano" ("steady fuck") is for someone with whom you're having regular, no-strings-attached sex, but you don't necessarily hang out with her; and "panokaveri" ("fuck friend") is for a friend with whom you might occasionally have sex.

Panokaveri has the potential for more emotional fuckedupness, so if you can find a Vakipano you should go with the Vakipano.
