Did/do people have sex in the library at your school?

I have not had sex in a school library, but know of others who have.

i don't know if i'm lame or what but public or semi-public hanky-panky (restrooms, dressing rooms, offices, etc) doesn't really do it for me

i have done it on the desk in the office, in the bathroom at a party and in a dept store dressing room

wouldn't want to repeat any of those experiences, mainly because there were always other people around, it was never particularly discreet and i was always very embarrassed afterwards and felt like a degenerate

every dorm residence at my college had a library, knew of one couple who made it their mission to have sex in every single one of the libraries before they graduated

It's amazing that, in my 5 years there, I never saw any clues of this at any of the dozen or so libraries at the University of Toronto (including one 13 floor, 4th-biggest-academic-library-on-the-continent behemoth, and another particularly large library I actually worked at).

i remember there was a big front-page article on this in the daily bear, i recall they were charging kids who got caught w/ some ridiculous crime like "lewd behavior" and giving them a fine and some other consequences (academic probation, maybe?)

I worked in a lib once and one of the parts of the job was to shame dudes beating off into leaving

^ I now realize i incorrectly voted no/did not know of others. One such dude was doing just that, undetected by anyone until the girl seated next to him noticed her clothes had some wet spots. A notice of the police report is still archived in the daily campus bulletin in the school newspaper.

yeah I used to work a library and there was this one senior citizen in the stacks who was there every day, using the sole computer on the floor that's meant to be used by people who want to briefly look up call numbers. he would be there for hours at a time, and he would sit there very still, only his mousing arm moving, everything else completely static. I think I might have caught what was on his screen once, before he clicked away - thing was, I don't think it was even nude porn, they were clothed.

one of the guys I worked with would be on the computers often too, he was this gentle giant who always dressed in flannel and sweatpants. I would catch him looking up star trek memoribilia on those computers.

as a voyeur I would like to complain that not nearly enough people have sex in the library or in other places where I can see or hear them

this thread reminds me that i worked in the chemistry library for about 9 months at cal, don't recall if i fooled around in there although i def fooled around in other ways because many days i was the only person working or closing

I work at a school and a rather private room of the school library is separated from my desk by nothing more than a row of bookshelves. In the 5+ years I have been working in this office, never have I heard anyone having sex. Nothing. I have, however, heard marital spats, an unknown Russian with a laptop talking on a gigantic cellphone, and lots of kids crying.

I have heard that people have done it in the bathrooms though, fwiw.
