Is this something that actually happens outside of movies and TV shows? What do people do with the photocopies after they are made? Are there any notable works of literature that include a scene where a character photocopies their arse? Is the concept of photocopying your arse at an office party a 'thing' in North America and other parts of the world, or is it only in Britain where it has these associations? When did photocopiers become a common piece of equipment that you would expect to find in an office in the western world. What is the earliest example people can identify of 'photocopying your arse at an office party' as a meme, or as a shorthand for certain dynamics at work in offices and office parties? If people once did photocopy their arses at office parties do they still do so today in a world where most office workers probably have cameras on their phones and can create images of their arse where and whenever they wish? Fifty years from now, if you were to referenced the concept of photopying your arse at an office party to an 18 year old do you think they would immediately understand the associations the concept has for people in the late 20th/early 21st century, or do you you think it will seem obscure and incomprehensible to them?
