wishes it to be known that he has most unfortunately been unable to contribute to; the said FORUM due to certain difficultỉes of a very prohibitive specific nature and and NOT to ANY of those other quite differant difficulties of an alternative nature that has being alleged over against him by ill_intentioned persons who, are not in posession of THE FACTS which when fully known in a a rational and legal manor COMPLETELY EXXONERATE my clịent from all charges thathave been alleged against him in connection with in re this and ALL other matters, of, whatever nature;
& fuRTHERMORE that it is the settled intention of my CLIent to in future to contribute to the said “FORUM’” in a frequent and adequate manner to which no objection can be inculcated by any reasonable person who is, OR IS NOT, in full posession of such facts as might tend to exacerbate my Client from all such reprơaches such that might be made against hím in re his conduct in re the FUTURE.
