this dream is haunting my life...im scared

i have a dream and i need to know what it means i have it evary night and if i dont sleep (i have sleept 10 minutes in past 3 days) i will day dream about it at school it scares me and i dont know what it means and i have tried and tried to understand it , but i cant...please please HELP ME!!??!!
