Without knowing any of the specifics of what they might be saying to her, or perhaps what they might be telling her to do, it is difficult to say. We would need to examine what her response is to any auditory stimulation to determine a possible diagnosis and/or course of treatment.
Of course, the most likely answer is that her ears are functioning normally, and she is hearing your voice, her father’s voice, her friends’ voices, etc.
