Why do i keep having dreams about my ex-girlfriend?

Why do i keep having dreams about my ex-girlfriend? we've been broken up for almost 3 weeks mow,and i keep having dreams about us getting together or together,and we never talk anymore it's like we've never met,and i just wanna know what this means,because i have these dreams every night??
