This is a variation of what we in the psychoanalytical field call "Reverse Hamlet Syndrome." I don't want to alarm you, but I would sometime this week at least talk to your family doctor about it and maybe he or she can reccommend you a more specialized doctor. If untreated, RHS can cause a loosening of the jaw, followed by uncontrolled and inarticulate verbal tantrums that last up to four hours each.
