Help

I dont like my dreams cause most of my dreams invovle somebody close to me dieing i remember once i had a dream were my uncle from mexico had drowned and the next day we called and the exact way hey died in my dream he died in real life. Lots of the times iam also scared to go to sleep cause iam afriad what i might dream. I know that your usealy suppose to figgure out you own dream but I just think and think but I'am not really sure what it means. there was this other dream also where i dreamd that one of my friend girls had died in my arms that was very sad i woke i crying.Please if anybody can help me i will be very greatfull
