It keeps reacurring

Last week I dreamt every night that i was either four months pregnant, or had triplets. This week I have dreamt every night that I was with my ex. We dated for four years and have been broken up for 6 months, we never talk and i just dont understand why i keep having dreams about him. In the dreams he is with his new girlfriend and im with my new boyfriend but he keeps trying to get back with me. What does this mean?
