What does my dream mean?

last night i had a dream that i was in the car with my x-boyfriend ((whom i was in love with previously)), his mom, and his sister and we pulled up to the high school and he went to go talk to his current girlfriend so i walked around and talked with other people than finally his sister came got me to go back to the car and we were all walking back well me and his sister got into the car and ethan walked by the driver's side and was crying and than bent over holding his medicine than his mom walked up and she was crying as well and than finally he got into the drivers side and his mom got into the passengers side, they were both slotching very badly in the seats, than i heard to girls behind us talking about ethan and what ever problem he was haveing (they said "oh it's probably about that lump") and they started to make fun of him and i turned around and started to defend ethan and for about 10-15 minutes i cursed them and told them off so i turned back around and i was in the car again and just kinda sat in silence and his sister asked me what is wrong with him and i told her i didn't know because i didn't and than i got his medicine pack and the two drinks he was suppose to take (they had pills in the drink) and i sat the medicine pack in the floor near him and i told him to take his medicine (he drank it) and i told him and his mom about what had happened with me and the mean girls (by the way the mean girls were fat) and than he looked up at me and said so you took up for me and i was like yep and he was like it's always like you to be the last one to take up for me and i was holding his other cup of medicine and one of the pills swooshed out and i told his mom and than we started to drive down the highway and his door started to come open and his mom said wow you ready to jump out already and he laughed we all did and he closed the door than i woke up. I can not figure out what this dream means please help me
