pregnant, but paralized

I have been having some really weird dreams. I am pregnant and in my dreams iam either not or i am but i losse it. And in others I dream i am going into labor and i am by myself the only one in the room with me is the DOC. When they go to give me the shot of pain killers in my back, i jump and it leaves me paralized. What could this mean?
