pregant with boyfriends baby???

I had a dream that for some reason i took a pregnancy test and it showed positive, i then was in a room with my boyfriend and his whole family when all of a sudden his brother came to me and said your pregnant aren't you...i said no however i was like how did he know this. me and my boyfriend went into another room i then was scared but did tell him i was pregnant what does it mean???
