hair falling out

Hi last night i woke from my dream crying! I had drempt that my hair was falling out, even when i touched it it fell out! The last thing i remember is that i had a large balled patch on the right side of my head. Ive never drempt of this before and to be honest i dont want to again why do you think i had this dream and can you give me any explaination of what it meant. Im 35 single mother of 2 sons who some times give me a hard time! Im relativly in good health. Do you think it could be stress related or does it mean im actually going to lose my hair!!!???
