boyfriend cheating on me in my dreams

whenever im not with my boyfriend for the night i have these dreams of him cheating on me and i wake up freaking out. we have been together for 4 years and in the past he has cheated on me. but when im with him for the night i dont have these dreams.we have talked about the past and he has changed we have a great realationship now, what do these dreams mean?
