what does this mean?

They have recently found out a sickness i have been having since birth and i told my boyfriend. Tomorrow i will be going to a doctor to determine if i need any surgerys on my head. He had been having dreams of me dying in his arms at a hospital. What could this mean? It bothers me to think it could mean i am going to die. Thank you for your time.
