airplane and pregnancy

I am a college student. One of the classes I am taking is public speaking, I am exited and worried about how I will how well I will do in this class. After this samester is over I am thinging about just talking courses, insted of going back to college as I originally planed.

Thais is the dream that I had a couple of days ago. I and my mother are in the plain, we are in ether first or business class that are separated by glass door. The plain is talking off very slowly and I worryed that it will not make it. The plane gain altitude without any problems once so ever. I look out the window and see white fluffy clouds. One of the clouds is gray and gloomy (I have suppressed anger that makes my life miserable)and stayes solied and bands as plane made contect with it instead of going through. I turn to face my mother when she talked to me. She telling me that I should have booked my this flight after I had a baby. I must have not looked good as she thought that I was going to have a baby in the plane. I told her that it was not possible as the baby is due in three month. Can someone tell me what it means?
