What did my nightmare mean?

you COULD be thinking thay your teeth are going yto fall out of bad higene or a dentist apointment is coming up and scared to know results or something but I'm not compleatly shure

i had a dream where i was in a white room . like it was jest fore walls a floor and a roof . all of it was white. and in the middle of the room was a young girl . she was a very pritty girl. i walked up to her and she said "its your turn now" and i was like " what do you mean". then she repated "its your turn now" and put her hands on my head , and i saw all of these horribal visions of people dieing and then i woke up ... should i b worried about this ?
