dream or not?

my wife called me early in the morning saying that, this morning she was about to get up but could not move a muscle. She said that as much as she tried get out of bed she could not move. she said that she could only open her eyes and look around, she heard the noise of the garbage man and the noise of my family, but still nothing. She tried to screem out loud and call for help but she could not open her mouth. She tried to rock herself out of bed so she could snap herself out of it but nothing, she just kept saying, "please, please let me get out of this!" she was crying within, as she opened her eyes she was able to actually get up with no proble. She does not know if this was a dram or not. She said that it felt SO real, what ould this mean?please answer me back asap i am so worried, she is afraid to go back to sleep..thank you ...
