dream

i had the same kind of dream for the second time since i have been with my boyfirend and i am with him for 2 years now loving together...1st time i dremed of his friend that i cheated on my bf with him.. and now i had a dream again about his friendthe same guy..and i cheated on my boyfriend again..and at the beggining i though of his friend a little i found him very attractive but that was almost 2 years ago..i do not think of him the same why...and now i start dreamimg of him this way?.. does this mean anyting?...
