pregnant friend dream

I have had two dreams about one of my close friends being pregnant. In the first dream she had the baby but nobody knew she was pregnant..she didnt even know. In the second dream we found out that she was pregnant. These two dreams felt so real. What could they mean?

Could this be a new project, or new phase of life? Freud always says to look back at how the things in the dream made you feel - is this a friend you love deeply, or do you resent her? Could you be jealous of something she has? Did you feel your friend was 'you' in the dream (by rule of thumb, most things are 'you' in dreams, what self-centred creatures humans are!).

I don't believe there is a formula such as babies = money, each aspect of a dream means something to you personally.
