worst nightmare

i havnt had this dream since i was 5 and that was when i was getting bullied really bad time but now im 13 and im not getting bulie but it came back

im laying in bed not sure if im asleep or not, i putmy foot on the floor or make a sound and this thing coms out from under my bed (dont no ot it is can never remember wot it looks like) and i scream but nothing coms out of my mouth then it kinda coms closer so i close my eyes and i wake up (i think) but im sweating and sometimes crying

ps i had the same one were i woke up in the bathroom screaming and shouting
