Competition: Who wants to make a movie in 24 hours?

This is a contest that happens in September and October.

2 weeks for the qualifying heat, then 24 hours for the final entry, which can be 10 minutes tops.

Would any NYC ILFers be game?

I'm not an NYC ILFer, but my crew in Mtl do this thing that's sorta similar, only we make 24 movies in 24 hours.

I'm hoping to visit NYC soon.

(and yes you should totally do it--unless you have to pay a lot of money, which is the case in some similar events I've seen)

They just did something like that here last weekend--only it was 72 hours, I think.

I've barely kept in touch with him (or anyone, really) since law school, though I ran into him organizing near my office a few weeks ago and need to give him a call someday soon.
