blockbuster outlet stores and the gems therein

in my city (pittsburgh, PA) blockbuster video outlet stores have been popping up everywhere. do any other cities have this phenomenon? they usually move into a storefront for just a few months and offer thousands of crappy vhs tapes for 99 cents each. it takes awhile to go through the whole store, but i've found some cool stuff for 99 cents - zardoz, ishtar, the big one, how to get ahead in advertising, drowning by numbers, deconstructing harry, safe men, real life and a bunch of other cool films.....

Not in the UK. UK video stores suck. I can't wait to leave for this reason, and this reason alone.
