I agree that's he overrated and pretentious. But I still love it. Most "fine" art is elitist and overtalked ... but that's what makes it what it is. I think it was just a bit strange to see the mega-push he got as the art world was looking for it's huge mega star and dare I say it ... cross-over star? Didn't happen (as the box office receipts may show), but everyone wanted it really bad.
