"RoGoPaG" is in my top five list of movies that I'm ashamed to have not seen yet. Maybe I'll rent that this week.

I saw "High School" in a documentary course in college. I don't remember that much about it, other than the fact the "plus ca change, plus ce la meme chose" factor. "Titicut Follies" is the Wiseman film that sticks out more in my mind, for several obvious reasons.

"the train" is the best b&w action movie there is. pulls no punches. burt lancaster vs paul scofield vs the oily black machine of doom.

I didn't even notice "High School" was on the list. It's completely great (although perhaps not as great as "Meat", which has more haunting imagery). The sheer pettiness of the power trips is amazing (and it's even more amazing when you find out that the faculty thought the film did an excellent job of portraying them). The scene where the English teacher tries to get the class excited about Simon and Garfunkel is classic.
