the trailer appeared to cover the main plot points of the film's beginning, middle, and end, with more horrifyingly skinny christian bale than i cared to see, so i'm not sure i will get around to renting this.

yeah, 'snot a great film; my main reason 4 starting that thread was coz i was wondering if it really was that predictable or if i am just becoming desensitised to mindfuckery

It was not impressive. As I've written before, it was like an episode of The New Alfred Hitchcock Presents as directed by a faux-Mark Romanek attempting to show he/she had true "depth," and could "transcend" the music video ghetto.

Why all the hate for this film? It has Ironside, and the scenes inside the factory are ace. Great sound design, too.
