i caught this story about grizzly man on weekend edition this past saturday: 'Grizzly Man,' Herzog's Human Nature Tale. haven't heard much more than that, but i'm definitely interested.

i was also really impressed....

one thing that i found really odd were the scenes with the coroner. also the coroner's conversation with jewel. herzog appeared to have a very genuine rapport with both of them (particularly jewel) in the scenes in which he inserted himself into the film. but there were other instances where i felt he was playing them for laughs, and his camera kept trying to capture them in these kind of emotional contradictions.
