Assuming this is the clip from 1982's The Orson Welles Story, there's a transcript in Orson Welles: Interviews.

I think I'm the guy you refer to who posted a lot. I've recently transferred the tape to DVD, so if you want a copy...

Drop me a line to my email address (butterbubble9 at hotmail.com) and I'll try to get it sorted.

It's fantastic stuff, he really is the consummate raconteur. Much more funny than you'd expect and a wonderful lack of bitterness about the movie business. Poignant too as he talks about future projects, which of course came to nought.

At least parts of this were reshown on BBC4 recently. I'm not sure if it was the whole thing. But there has been a season of reshowings of compiled interviews from the vaults. I think largely from a show originally shown a few years back but there may have been complete interviews shown along with them.

Alternatively, either last xmas or the one before there was an Orson Welles season put on where they reshowed his 10 minute shorts and showed several documentaries and his more leftfield films. might have been part of that too.

But I guess anything as good as that has probably been in circulation on places like Demonoid and other more tv specific torrent sites for the last few years, which it may not have been at the time of initial posting.
