why would you want to cook your pr0n? thats the only thing that gets me through my, usually horribly depressing, day!

Big Chaki's Spicy Lime Grilled Prawns

Ingredients


48 large tiger prawns, peeled and deveined
4 limes, zested and juiced
4 green chile peppers, seeded and chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 inch piece fresh ginger root
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped

Directions
1 Place the prepared prawns into a large non-metallic bowl. Zest the limes and add the zest to the prawns. Combine the lime juice, chiles, garlic, ginger and onion in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. You may need to add a little liquid to facilitate blending. Pour over the bowl of prawns, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
2 Preheat grill and lightly oil grate.
3 Place the prawns onto skewers, and grill until opaque, turning once, about 5 minutes. Do not overcook as the prawns will be tough and rubbery.

Makes 8 servings
