Chaki, what is the best thing about the Valley?

Orbit,
there are so many glorius things in the SFV:

theres really nothing "cool" or "hip" about the valley which leads to some really practical things:

*rent is lower

*schools are better and less crowded

*traffic is better

also you really cant beat our greek/ thai/ indian/ japanese/ vietnemese/ cuban/ venezuelan retauraunt selection !!! really ask anyone what the best thing about the valley is and they'll say our great restaurants. the best are usually found in strip malls!

the valley also has an abundance of freeway onramps which make it very quick and easy to get to anywhere in los angeles in about twenty minutes provided that it is three in the morning.

i like the rich musical heritage of the valley circa 1968-1970...

captain beefheart and his magic band in woodland hills
the flying burrito brothers in chatsworth
and the manson family ("ceast to exist") out in box canyon

Is that really the Brady Bunch house?
Except the Brady Bunch house would have to be split-level with the tall part on the other side...in order for the staircase poses/conversations to work with the sunken living room being on the right.
