i'm v sad that i went away for the weekend and missed all this lame bullshit unfolding in real time. i figured it wouldn't all come to a head until tomorrow at the earliest. also, i'm surprised that there weren't more people throwing their toys out the pram about it. maybe a lot of the more butthurt disenfranchised were trying not to let people see them crying.

really it all turned out surprisingly predictably and so far there have been 0 wtf moments except where deej can't figure out why I'm mad at him

you always get the biggest fastest post counts on threads where everybody has their own prefabricated quick grits opinions and responses. you've got two populations right now and there's very little overlap: people that are reading the thread, and people that are posting to it. one or the other but not both.

Having read about 1/3 of it (as far as I got before ppl just seemed to be saying the same thing over and over again) it's actually not that bad! NV you are pretty consistently OTM in it, I think.

Still think the pits of ilx threads is either one of the later "shout for the moderator" threads pre-mod request forum, or any "becky lucas" thread or any of the few surviving marissa loggorhea threads
