what to do with too much food

chaki i just ate too much greasy breakfast food and I can't move. I am stuck in my chair at work. any suggestions to help make the food turn into poop faster?

greasy breakfast food is some of the easiest food to burn off. i say do alot of situps and make yourself poop by sticking your fingers up your butt.

Vestigal-yes i am a girl. and yes girls poop. big stinky foul poops! mmmm tastey. after a good poop i like to stare at it in the toilet. sometimes if somebody is there i like to show it off.
