Data from Star Trek would obviously be a bitch of a batsman. Reactions like you wouldn't believe, good strength and excellent reading of the game. Star Trek would offer us other hefty delights, one look at William Riker just screams "bowlers shoulders" and who would go up against the tactical brain of Picard?
Star Wars characters who wield lightsabres would need little or no training to come up to speed with the bat although I'd imagine some sort of ICC kibosh on force powers, particularly the mind control stuff. Sarlacs and other large beasts from the series, such as the huge worm that emerges from an asteroid would probably be too big to effectively use on the field of play. For Mega-Cricketers I suppose I'd have to turn to Ed209 from Robocop, although I can see his action falling under suspicion far more than even Mulli's does.
Any ideas?

Chewbacca would make a great fast bowler too, given his height. And an even better umpire. No-one would dispute his decisions.
