Yeah, the lack of info about it had been weird. There were rumors about it that bit had to so with injury, but he pitched in the NLDS so that doesn't seem right. Then there's the idea that they're limiting his innings, but no official word, and doing that in the postseason seems odd.

Matheny's sitting Miller to send a message to his parents. They were too vocally supportive during games.

Was just going to say--if the Cardinals win, Sutcliffe will still be going on about that throw in the 9th inning. It was a sloppy play, but it wasn't all that noteworthy (and the batter after Molina got a hit anyway).
